Formulation Manager R&D

Job Description:

Innovind Pharma is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Formulation Manager R&D to lead our formulation development team. The ideal candidate will have a Masters in a relevant scientific discipline and a proven track record of successfully developing pharmaceutical products.

Responsibilities:

• Lead a team of formulation scientists to develop innovative and effective formulations for new and existing products.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget and meet quality standards.

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

• Keep abreast of latest advancements in formulation science and technology to continuously improve our development processes.

• Plan, manage, and execute complex formulation development projects to ensure the successful development of new products.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to the formulation development team.

• Present results and progress to stakeholders and upper management.

• Ensure the successful transfer of formulations to manufacturing, ensuring that appropriate quality, safety and regulatory standards are met.

Requirements:

• Masters in Pharmaceutical Science or a related discipline.

• Extensive experience in pharmaceutical formulation development and project management.

• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
